Why integrated production

One contract from BOM to inspected board

A real production line, not a benchtop. Solder paste, pick-and-place, lead-free reflow, AOI in-house on every board, and through-hole on the same job when the design calls for it. Firmware loading attaches to the same workflow.

Component sourcing runs in parallel against your AVL. Bring your own parts, or we source them. Either way the BOM locks before paste hits the stencil.

From quote to shipment

Every unit moves through defined production, firmware, test, and quality gates.

  1. RFQ INPUT

    BOM, gerbers, CPL reviewed against the in-house line.

  3. BOM review and sourcing

    AVL alignment, alternates flagged, optional sourcing arranged.

  4. Assembly setup

    Stencil, feeders, reflow profile prepared.

  5. Solder paste printing

    Stencil-based deposit on the SPR-45.

  6. Pick-and-place assembly

    Vision-assisted placement on the LS60.

  7. Soldering and reflow

    Six-zone horizontal convection reflow on the GF-120HT.

  8. AOI (in-house)

    AOI runs in-house on every assembled board.

  9. Optional firmware loading

    In-line or offline programming when required.

  10. Sourced functional test

    Coordinated through partner test houses against your test plan when required. Not done in-house.

  11. Box-build and packaging

    Sub-assembly, label after test, packed unit.
