PCB Assembly
Surface-mount and through-hole PCB assembly on an in-house SMT PCB production line, with AOI in-house and firmware loading or sourced functional test on request.
SMT Assembly
Surface-mount technology assembly on the in-house SMT PCB production line: paste printing, pick-and-place, and reflow.
Embedded Software
Firmware loaded on the production line, board bring-up, signed boot, per-unit version logging tied to the board serial.
Component Sourcing
We source against your AVL when your team would rather not chase distributors. Alternates flagged, dual-source identified, lead-time risk surfaced before dates lock.
Through-Hole Assembly
Selective through-hole assembly when SMT is not the right fit for connectors, large components, or high-current pins.
Firmware Loading
In-line and offline firmware loading with multi-image support, signed bootloader chains, and per-unit log.
Why integrated production
One contract from BOM to inspected board
A real production line, not a benchtop. Solder paste, pick-and-place, lead-free reflow, AOI in-house on every board, and through-hole on the same job when the design calls for it. Firmware loading attaches to the same workflow.
Component sourcing runs in parallel against your AVL. Bring your own parts, or we source them. Either way the BOM locks before paste hits the stencil.
